Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Noureli. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, and what to do if an order is delayed, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Where we ship

Noureli currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every Noureli order to the United States and Canada. Any duties, taxes or import charges that are not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–12 days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking may take a short time to update after the label is created.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, reasonable re-shipping costs may apply.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the delivery estimate has passed, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Photos of damage may help us resolve the issue quickly.
